We do everything we can to ensure your flowers arrive fresh, beautiful, and on time. Our delivery service is available to selected cities and areas only, and the delivery cost varies depending on the address and distance.

Selecting a Delivery Date

During the order process on the website, you can select your desired delivery date from the available dates in the system.

We recommend placing your order in advance, especially for weekends, holidays, holiday eves, and special occasions.

Orders for same-day delivery will be possible depending on the time the order was placed, the delivery area, and the availability of the delivery system.

In cases where it is not possible to deliver the order on the selected date, we will contact the customer to arrange an alternative date.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made according to business hours and the availability of the delivery system.

We make every effort to arrive within the chosen delivery window, but we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time, unless otherwise coordinated and confirmed in advance.

Delays beyond our control may occur due to traffic congestion, weather, unusual loads, or unforeseen circumstances.

Deliveries on Holidays and Special Occasions

During busy periods such as holidays, holiday eves, Tu B'Av, Valentine's Day, and other special occasions, delivery times may be longer than usual.

On these days, there may be changes in delivery hours, delivery areas, and the ability to commit to specific timeframes.

It is recommended to order in advance to ensure availability.

Delivery Details

It is the customer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate details when placing the order:

Recipient's name, available phone number, full address, house number, apartment or office number, and any other details required for locating the address.

In case of an incorrect address or a change of address after the courier has departed, an additional payment may be required depending on the new destination.

In Case of No Response

If the recipient is not available when the courier arrives, we will make an effort to contact the recipient and the customer.

If possible and with approval, the delivery may be left in a safe place, with a neighbor, guard, or reception.

If delivery cannot be completed and the delivery needs to go out again, a redelivery may incur an additional charge.

The delivery service is currently available to the areas listed in this policy.

Changes to the Order

Requests to change the date, address, or recipient details after placing the order will be possible depending on the order status and provided that the delivery has not yet departed.

Once the delivery has departed, it is not possible to guarantee that a change of address or time can be made.

The delivery cost is added to the order price according to the selected destination.

The images on the website are for illustration purposes. As these are seasonal flowers and products, slight changes in flower types, shades, or arrangement may occur depending on availability, while maintaining as much as possible the style, value, and overall appearance of the order.

The store reserves the right to update the distribution areas, delivery prices, delivery times, and delivery terms from time to time.
